squid startup issues

Apr 10 08:52:18 ns3 squid[10214]: Squid Parent: child process 10245 started Apr 10 08:52:18 ns3 squid[10214]: Squid Parent: child process 10245 exited due to signal 6 Apr 10 08:52:18 ns3 squid[10214]: Exiting due to repeated, frequent failures So what installation issues are there with Squid?
