-   Hello Sir,

This problem can happen for several reasons, going from hardware
incompatibility to faulty CD media/reader. First tell me, did you burn those
CDs yourself or you bought a packaged version?

Best Regards

Tiago Souza

-   I burned the CDs from ISOs. We confirmed the ISOs both Before and After
burning the CDs.

I would think that if the CD Reader was not compatible, that it would not be
able to boot fromt the CD on start up (or load the initial OS programs either).

-   Hello Sir,

That depends, it is the bios that gives the kick-start to the cdrom,
sometimes it might happen that it is able to boot, but not continue the
installation because the CD reader is uncompatible, although that doesn't
seem to be the case here. Since you say you checked both isos before burning
it, I will take that they are ok as well.

Let's try this:

When the installer boot screen shows up, press <F1> and type:

linux noapic nolapic

See if that helps.

Best Regards

Tiago Souza
