chaffed_1401 : 20/04/06 08:46 AM : Incident created
-   I duel boot Windows XP and Mandriva 2006 on my Athlon 2600 machine. Of late, when I start the machine, everything goes ok until I get to Lilo (graphical). At that point, my keyboard lights go out and I can't use the up/down arrows to select any of the 4 options. After the default 10 seconds, Mandriva boots up and the keyboard is fine again. The only problem this causes is that if I wish to boot to Windows, I must go to Mandriva firstly, then select: kicker : log out : restart computer (holding the mouse down until the 4 options appear) : Windows. I have tried replacing Lilo with Grub but the same thing happens. I have not tried either Lilo or Grub in text mode as the keyboard does not work in the boot loader.
Any clues would be great.
Thanks heaps
Dennis
