-   The RPM downloads from club.club via urpmi it installs but does not start from the panel icon, I just get a timer for about 10 seconds

-   Have you tried launching it from the console to see what errors it produces?

-   Thanks for your reply, I have uninstalled firefox 1.5.0.1 and reinstalled firefox 1.06-16.1. The RPM has disappaered from my club.club software list so cannot try to install again. What did I need to put in Konsole?

-   OK found RPM again on club.club installed it again but still have the same problem having to use Konqueror for this message. I won't uninstall this time so I'll be able to follow your instructions.

-   You have to upgrade the libraries that Firefox depends on. Look for
libnss3-1.5-0.1.20060mdk and libnspr4-1.5-0.1.20060mdk in the same area that
you found Firefox.

-   Yes these solved the problem why were they not flagged as dependencies during the install?

-   As far as I can tell, there was an issue with the RPM. It is supposed to be
updated shortly.

-   Is there anything else missing that I should know about which may effect the following.

Bookmarks are not displayed, I'm having to go into manage bookmarks, where I find them listed then when I exit I can see my bookmarks.

I had DOM inspector 1.8 pluggin on Firefox 1.06-16.1 this is uncompatable with 1.5.0.1 but the remove button is shaded out.

Antony_Perkin_7150 : 07/02/06 01:37 PM : More info provided
-   Sorry DOM inspector 1.8 in an extension not a pluggin.

-   The realplayer pluggin has lost sound too. I managed to fix that one by reinstalling realplayer. Are these bugs in mandrivas RPM or is it a Mozzilla bug that needs reporting?
