- On a Fedora Core 4 system, Konqueror has a rich "Tools" menu that allows one to set various parameters (enable/disable JavaScript or plugins, change browser identification etc) on the fly.
I find this one of the most useful of Konqueror's features - for example, if a page contains many annoying flash/javascript animations, I can disable those with minimal effort.
However, most of the Tools menu is missing from the Mandriva version (in KDE 3.4.2 at least). Is there any particular reason why?
Regards,
Dan.

- I believe you are looking for 'kdeaddons'. Install that package and restart Konqueror and you
should have what you are looking for.

- Thanks. I have 2 more comments:
1. Should this be logged as an installer bug or wish? (unless there's a good reason why kdeaddons isn't installed by default)
2. Neither rpmdrake nor urpmi were able to install the package. In both cases, the installer process (urpmi/rpmdrake) kept growing in size until it took all available memory (including the swap), thus rendering the whole system unusable.
Regards,
Dan.
