-   Hi there.... I upgrade from 10.0 to 10.1 and the only thing I got was the console with login and password instead of the GUI screen ?
I have no idea how did I get there.
I have the feeling that the nvidia drivers did not install properly but do not know how to get them from the console

Any suggestion will be welcome
Thanks 168ds

-   At that console, log in as root, and then type 'XFdrake' (case sensitive). This will
allow you to reconfigure the X server, ensuring that it boots to GUI.

Once you are done configuring, log out from the console and log in as your user. Type
'startx' to launch the gui.

When you reboot, it should automagically start the GUI.
