- First, I want to set KDE up so that it will autorun Kmix on startup in the system tray. I have placed teh Kmix command in the ~/.kde/Autorun directory, but it loads as the main window and not in the system tray. Is there any way I could change this?
Second, I have the Kicker Panel Applet Xmms-Kde installed and I want to set the panel up so this automatically loads on startup as well. How do I go about this???
Thanks!!!

- Remove everything you put in .kde/Autostart, close out all apps and logout
of KDE. Log back into KDE, and select 'K/Configuration/Configure My
Desktop' (kcontrol). Click on 'Components/Session Manager'. Select
'Restore Previous Session'. Apply and close kcontrol.
Start kmix via 'K/Multimedia/Audio/Kmix'. Select 'Settings/Configure Kmix'.
Select 'Dock into panel'.
Right click on the System Tray (where the kmix icon now is) and add xmms-kde
to the System Tray.
Log out, and log back in and they should restart. If for some reason they
don't, you can manually add them to '.kde/share/config/ksmserverrc' by
adding them to the 'program1=' and 'restartCommand1=' lines (replacing '1'
with appropriate number)
