retrieving files from the trash can

And where in the Help file can I find this information? These questions may sound trivial but I have only had Mandrake installed for a few days and I'm trying hard to like it.

anand_erd : 02/12/03 05:22 PM : Reply received -   Dude, you can actually drag n drop the file to your desired location. If ya would like to use a command prompt, your trash is located at /home/username/Desktop/Trash you can actually use mv command to move or cp command to copy. To be precise there's no option to restore it to the original location, but lets say if you've just sent the file to trash, you can always undo the action by pressing "ctrl z" :-) anand Note: If this solves your problem please remember to close the incident
briantomlin : 04/12/03 10:22 AM : Incident closed -   I received and installed my copy of Mandrake Powerpack 9.2 and I registered it using the serial number that I was given. But I find that I am asked to pay for information about Mandrake when I am supposed to have 60 days of free support. Why is this so? And this seems to be the only place that I can contact somebody from your orgaization. Please help me. I would like to get away from MS Windows by using Linux, but I'm finding many things hard and the lack of support makes things worse.
