awacs : 28/10/03 06:36 AM : Incident created
-   How do I keep my install up to date? In particular, I'd like to do it from the command line, because I've never been able to get X running satisfactorily - see incident 70716. So far, I've tried:

/usr/bin/autoupdate
/usr/bin/nsupdate
/usr/bin/mdkupdate
/usr/bin/MandrakeUpdate
/usr/bin/face_update
/usr/sbin/urpmi.update
/usr/sbin/MandrakeUpdate
/sbin/update

... with no measurable degree of success. :-(

-   Follow the directions, and use the output provided by http://plf.zarb.org/~nanardon/

Select 'updates' as the repository.

When it is done, do:

$ su
# urpmi.update -a; urpmi --auto-select
