-   Hello
I'm trying to run Apache / PHP / MySQL with Mandrake 9.1

I've loaded the PHP-MySQL module (Apache and PHP work) and phpinfo() says that it has parsed the /etc/php/34_mysql.ini But there's no further mention of MySQL in phpinfo() and mysql_connect() gets the error "Call to undefined function".

I'm new to L, A, M and P - so the answer could well be something trivial (I hope).

Thanks
Andrew

-   Can you give the output of the following commands:

# rpm -qa|grep apache
# rpm -qa|grep php

-   I took the simple way out. I downloaded from a site that packages A,M and P together and did the configuration for you. Now at least it works even if it's 'outside' the Mandrake approach.
Thanks anyway.
Andrew
