-   I am trying to listen to audio cd's on my computer. When i play one, it looks okay (gnome cd player) and appears to be playing, but there is no sound. Did I install the wrong sound drivers? I have a sound blaster live! platinum, and it detected it as that.

-   Check your mixer levels with 'K/Multimedia/Sound/Sound Mixer'.

-   Hello,

Is the cable attached from your cdrom to the soundcard? As this is needed in order to play audio cd's from the cdrom drive.

Best regards,

The technical support team.
Mandrakesoft.
