- i really am not sure if there are any free isp's but almost all internet
providors do accomidate linux. here is a list below that does

infobahn
att (iheard they went bankrupt but not sure)
aol
and i beleive compuserve as well does
who ever you decide to use then ask them what steps you need to take to
access there services useing mandrake linux
