- How do I "boot under DOS and run the command fdisk /mbr". This is after I've created a single FAT partition on my hard drive. Thanks, phil

- Boot with a DOS boot disk (ie: Windows 95/98/ME boot disks are DOS boot disks). At the console, after it boots, type 'fdisk /MBR'

- Hello,
Use a windows boot floppy or the cdrom.
Select failsafe and at the prompt (a:) write:
a: fdisk /MBR
