Server name and apache

NinjaNate : 02/03/03 06:45 PM : Incident created -   On the default apache installation page, there is a Server side include for "SERVER_NAME". Where is it calling this variable from? Is it the httpd.conf file? Right now its giving me the internal IP of 127.0.0.1 for the server name.
