Problem with installing packaged website

scottyman : 31/01/03 10:25 AM : Incident created -   Hey All, My developers have provided a file which has to be configured with correct paths - bizarrely it all seems fine, all config looks okay - php is all good, postgres is all good, and ditto with apache. when the install goes through it asks for the root path /usr/local/apache/broadband/tctv - but when it returns the path - it's prefixed by are large amount of strange characters http://www.enteractiontv.com/extras/temp/error.jpg shows exactly what's happening. Any ideas of what could be causing this?
