-   How do I test Perl for Large File Support?

I am using the Autopsy utility to read an image of a 4.0 GB ext3 Partition.

My is that the Autopsy utility indicates the following:

Error: image in fsmorgue:8 not found: /sysadm/morgue/log.img
Edit fsmorgue and refresh your browser
(Or your version of Perl does not support large files)

Since the permissions are open enough, I have to assume that the Stock Perl distribution does not support Large Files (> 2GB).

Any suggestions?
