Locked Out! - Help in unlocking this account

Lines in bold below have not yet been seen by the customer - those in blue are from the customer

franticbob : 23/12/02 02:57 AM : Incident created -   I had a user who tried to ssh into my box too many times with the wrong password. Now she is locked out. Does anyone know where to unlock this or where this is set up in the first place? Thanks! -Bob
