- I want to use an Intel V92 modem with MD 9.0. The readme file for the Linux driver supplied by the modem manufacturer the kernel header files are required to install the driver.
Although I bought the full 7CD set from Mandrake, I cannot find these files. Can someone tell me where to obtain them?

- The kernel-headers should be on the first CD. They will be called
'kernel-headers-2.4.18-41mdk.i586.rpm' . The kernel-headers match the compiler, not the
installed kernel. You will most likely require the 'kernel-source' file also, in order to compile
the drivers.
If they are not on your CDs, you can find them at:
http://www.rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/mandrake/9.0/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/kernel-headers-2.4.18-41mdk.i586.html
