vanilla.station : 23/10/02 03:30 PM : Incident created -   I have "ncurses-5.2-27mdk.i586.rpm" and "libncurses-5.2-27mdk.i586.rpm" installed. It came with Mdk 9. Where can I download "ncurses-devel-5.2-27mdk.i586.rpm" as required by "kernel-source-2.4.19-16mdk.i586.rpm"? I have searched the Mandrake.org's mdk9 ftp site as well as various other mirrors. I have also searched rpmfind.net. Anyone know where I can get hold of this? Thanks Lester

It may be better (especially for us newbies) if when kpackage (or some other rpm manager) says we need 'x', it means 'x'. With all these packages, dependencies and version numbers it's challenging enough as it is. Thanks once again for your help.
