How do I update the URPMI database?

gooseme : 01/08/02 06:01 PM : Incident created -   Hello How do I update the URPMI database?. I'm trying to install KDE v3.2 but I keep getting a message telling me that I need to update my URPMI database. I am a bit of a newbie so please go easy on me:).
