Linegod_7611 : 13/07/02 05:41 PM : Reply received -   You usually don't have to 'reinstall' apps in Linux. The best way to approach a problem is to backup and delete it's configuration file. The config files for KDE apps are in '/home/username/.kde/share/config'. In this case it would be 'kmailrc'. So you would do: # cd .kde/share/config # mv kmailrc kmailrc.old Then start kmail again (ALT-F2 then 'kmail'). If for some reason you have uninstalled kmail, it is located in the 'knetwork' package. ---- Note: If this answer resolves your problem, please remember to close this incident.
