-   I'm new to linux and I don't know haw to run a program (like evolution) when I start KDE.

-   Open up the file manager (konqueror) and browse
to '/home/username/.kde/Autostart'. Right click in that folder and create a
shortcut to evolution.

-   Linegod is right but you can also add the command in your .bashrc
Not KDE dependent ;-)
