To determine where a program was installed, issue: # rpm -ql programname For example, if I wanted to know where the xmms-1.2.5-6mdk.i586.rpm was installed, I would type: #rpm -ql xmms ----- Note: If this answer resolves your problem, please remember to close this question.

Linegod_7611 : 10/11/01 07:19 AM : Reply received -   If you are looking for the executable or script, look for the program in one of these directories: /usr/bin/ /usr/sbin/ /sbin/ /etc/rc.d/init.d/ And then execute it. ie: # /usr/bin/kmail
