- Whenever i set my video at the XFdrake
it asks me to test it.
if i click OK it goes to a black screen and never gets out of there
What can i do? what is the problem
(my video is SVGA 50/60Hz, dont know my video card, but I belive it is for VGA)

- Instead of testing it, select 'No' and you will be able to adjust your settings. Lower
everything to the lowest setting (lowest colours, lowest resolution) and then test.
You can work your way up from that afterwords.

- Well, it is necessary that you tell us what is your video card. You should
then look in the compatibilty list if it's supported or not (go on
mandrake.com, on the left you've got a product->compatibility section).

my XfreeServer is set as SVGA
is that a problem?
at the end of the install when I had to set the video my screen turned black
just like when i set it at XFdrake
probably my video card is not compatible
