rtaft : 27/04/02 04:07 AM : Incident created
-   If I chmod telnet, ssh, w, and who so that non root users can access them, after reboot, they revert back to 750, and i need them to be 755.
I also change in the kdm_config, so that the main login has the option to shutdown, this also reverts to "nobody" for shutdown permisions.
What is causing this and where do I fix it?

-   msec is changing them. You can either lower your security setting with 'draksec' or
edit the files that msec manages (do a 'locate msec' for the various files).
