-   Hi!

Drakconf, userdrake and other similar administration programs don't open if not logged as root.

I log as a normal user, and have always worked, but suddenly, when I click on control center or call drakconf from command-line, after asking & supplying the correct root password, it dies. Nothing happens. Return to the command-line:

$ drakconf
[Asks root password]
$


In order to make it work, I have to logout, login as root, logout and login again as the original user. But things don't work again after reboot.

-   Try running 'drakconf.real' at a console, as root, and see if it makes any difference.
