- i upgraded from mandrake 8.0 to 8.1 from cd i purchased from everything linux i am at a loss what to do as im new to linux regards RON

- OK. Go to 'K/Configuration/Other/Mandrake Control Center' and then expand
'Security' and click on 'Firewalling'

- delete th cd single network firewall just tell me how to setup the firewall using the bastille configuration the cd they sent me is the wrong one

- As root:
# mount /mnt/cdrom
# cd /mnt/cdrom/Mandrake/RPMS
# rpm -Uvh Bastille-1* Bastille-TK* iptables-1*
If it complains about dependancies, add them to the end of the command (like
perl-TK), and issue the command again (ie: rpm -Uvh Bastille-1*
Bastille-TK* iptables-1* perl-TK*). You can use the up arrow to scroll
through previous commands.
