open motif and citrix ica client

fredjame_9343 : 26/05/07 05:18 AM : Incident created -   All I run a Mandriva 2007 laptop and have need of a Citrix client for connection to some of my employer's application. Citrix client 8.0 and 10.0 each (separately) install without error but they will not start. And 10.0 says it needs to have OpenMotif 2.2.x. Before I wander too far down that rabbit hole, can you offer any suggestions, advise, or solutions? Thank you very much for any help you may be able to offer. Regards Fred James
chrisline_8746 : 30/05/07 10:37 AM : Reply received -   Hello, you should install openmotif : urpmi openmotif should purpose to install : libopenmotif3-2.2.3-11mdv2007.1.i586 openmotif-2.2.3-11mdv2007.1.i586 ( in spring version 20007.1 maybe you will get a less recent version) Your app can request a specific librairies libXm.so.3, in this case create a symlink : ln -s /usr/lib/libXm.so.2.0.1 /usr/lib/libXm.so.3 Cordially Christophe Mandriva Support Team .
