Flash 2008 Spring 8GB dead after 30 minutes

bourut_jean-claude_0 : 23/07/08 07:43 PM : Incident created -   Hi, I started my computer using the key. During configuration I have used Amarok. The computer froze, I lost my usb keyboard as well. After restart with Windows XP, the computer does not detect the usb key. Booting with the Flash rescue CD, the computer does not detect the usb key. Any tip?
bourut_jean-claude_0 : 30/07/08 04:12 PM : Reply received -   after several tests, format, restore factory settings I think - put the key in the usb port before starting the computer, the key is not detected by the hardware ( laptop Dell 600, laptop optiplex 745, obsolete HP) - start the computer put the key in, it gets detected and can be used. this is true with a linux, XP, or the computer hardware configuration. I think this SKY key is not worth my money. How do I ask for a refound? Regards,
