Installer screen does not respond to mouse

Lines in bold below have not yet been seen by the customer - those in blue are from the customer

thistlestreet_7028 : 04/07/08 02:54 PM : Incident created -   After executing "autorun.exe" the loader screen appears with 6 options, the first one (top left) is "install" This is highlighted if I move the mouse over it but does respond to any mouse click or keyboard entry. The other options (such as the online help and update options), do work fine. This situation occurs on all x86-32 boxes I have attempted to install on. Can you please help? Regards Robert
