Control Center will not load drivers

Lines in bold below have not yet been seen by the customer - those in blue are from the customer

Troy_Pulk_2260 : 17/05/08 01:20 AM : Incident created -   I have 2008 power pack with KDE 3.5.9 and I was trying to load a printer driver through the Control center but the following error came up: "Unable to load the requested driver: Unable to create the Foomatic driver [HP-LaserJet_4L,ljet4]. Either that driver does not exist, or you don't have the required permissions to perform that operation." no matter what driver I try to load this error comes up. I checked and all the drivers that I need were installed and I was in Admin mode.
