       Crio o Raid1 via hardware, o sistema reconhece o Raid, crio as partições manualmente pela instalação e vai tudo 100%, configuro tudo que ele diz não estar configurado no final e pede pra dar boot no sistema, sigo em frente. Pois bem, o servidor reinicia não da boot no sistema.
