-   My Sound seems to work with all the normal means ut wont work on Skype or ekiga
My Install Spring 2008 Mandriva on an asus eeepc701
can you help please I think it may e that the alsa has taken over the sound card and the intel driver isnt working
Hope someone can help

-   Its a known issue.

Is written in this article you can either disable pulseaudio (the small
computer symbol on the taskbar -> hardware -> Soundconfig. Turn of "Enable
PulseAudio" and "Automatic routing from ALSA to PulseAudio"). Or use the
workaround mentioned there.
