Unable to delete files

Lines in bold below have not yet been seen by the customer - those in blue are from the customer

Mandriva_Doctor_8687 : 15/05/08 03:56 PM : Reply received -   Hello, Select the files, and then instead of pressing <Del> press <Caps><Del> If you use Gnome, this feature has to be enabled in the nautilus preferences (enable the trash bypass). Using the <Caps><Del> instead of <Del> bypasses the trash. Regards
