Lorque je donne mon login et mon mot de passe l'ordinateur le reconnait comme invalide et je ne peux ouvrir aucun programme. Par ailleurs, j'étais aussi en possesion d'une clé d'activation invalide et j'ai du appeler vos service pour qu'il m'en fournissent une autre. Pour information, ce power pack a été acheté à la FNAC.
