- Hi,

I installed Mandriva 2008 on top of windows 2000. However, following successful installation I was not able to boot up my PC and I had to re-install windows 2000, which was a pain. I was getting "grub loading, please wait" message and then error 18 and it just sat there.
This happened twice, very time consuming etc. I am very disappointed as I was really looking forward to using Mandriva. Any ideas what happened or what I need to do in case I want to try it again?
