KeithViverette_9182 : 10/10/07 11:59 AM : Incident created -   I loaded pptp-linux and rdesktop from the standard Mandriva repositories. When I use PPTPCONFIG to connect to my Windows-based corporate network, it gives the following messages: "pptp-php-gtk: routes added to remote networks" "pptp-php-gtk: failed to move /etc/ppp/resolv.conf to /etc/resolv.conf" "pptp-php-gtk: DNS changes were not done" "pptp-php-gtk: Connected" Then, when I try to use rdesktop to remote into my corporate desktop (Windows XP unit), I get the following message: "ERROR: getaddrinfo: Name or service not known" Does anyone have any idea as to what is wrong and how it can be fixed?
